Stella O'Malley [she/her] is director of Genspect, an international campaigning organisation based in Ireland which purports to represent the interests of parents against young people transitioning.

Stella presents herself as a psychotherapist but is registered with the Irish Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP) who are not subject to any higher standards, and do not regulate against their members practicing conversion therapy.

Stella O'Malley was caught on a leaked recording from a Twitter Space held on gender critical Twitter, describing trans youngsters as expressing a sexual fetish and declaring that she wanted to “make sure that children are,… if at all possible, are stopped from medical transition”.
